Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, save an address, submit a custom request, contact the workshop, or subscribe to news. This can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, messages, and uploaded reference files.

We also receive limited transaction and customer information from Square when it is needed to confirm payment, connect eligible purchases to your account, process refunds, and award Gold.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, checkout, fulfillment, custom requests, support, and security.
• Maintain order history, Gold balances, rank discounts, and transaction records.
• Send essential account and order messages.
• Send workshop news only when you have opted in; every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve the storefront.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Square. CoTo Prints does not store complete payment-card numbers. We may use hosting, email-delivery, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the store. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and account sessions

The site uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect accounts, preserve a shopping cart, and remember necessary preferences. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can update profile, address, phone, and marketing preferences in Guild Hall. To request access, correction, or deletion of other account information, email cotoprints@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account request.

Children’s privacy

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
