Using the store

By using CoTo Prints, you agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend access used for fraud, abuse, security threats, or interference with the store.

Products, pricing, and availability

Product details, colors, dimensions, availability, and pricing may change. Because items are 3D printed, small layer lines and minor variations are normal and are not necessarily defects. An order is accepted after payment is successfully completed. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or was affected by a listing or pricing error.

Custom work

Custom-request discussions and estimates are not final orders. The final scope, price, delivery method, and expected timing are shown with the approved quote. You confirm that you have permission to provide and reproduce any files, designs, trademarks, characters, or other material submitted with a request. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or outside the workshop’s capabilities.

Payments

Payments and applicable taxes are handled through Square. You also agree to any terms Square presents during its hosted checkout. Orders are not released or shipped until required payment has been confirmed.

Guild Gold and rank discounts

Gold and rank benefits are promotional rewards, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used through eligible CoTo Prints purchases. Gold is earned from eligible completed purchases and may be reversed after refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, or corrections. Reward thresholds and benefits may change prospectively, but we will not intentionally remove legitimately earned balances without a valid correction or account-enforcement reason.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoTo Prints is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
